Not when applied correctly. Our certified technicians use the appropriate extension weight for your natural lash diameter and apply using a proper isolation technique. Damage only occurs from over-weighting, improper application, or client-side issues like pulling. We prioritize lash health above all else.

Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle — typically losing 1–5 lashes per day. A full set typically lasts 4–6 weeks before needing a full replacement. To maintain fullness, fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks when around 40% of extensions remain.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes — no mascara, oil-based products, or eyeliner. Remove contact lenses. Avoid caffeine before your appointment for maximum comfort. If you have sensitive eyes, an eye patch sensitivity test is available on request.

Most clients find they don't need eye makeup at all with a full set. If you choose to wear liner or shadow, use only oil-free, water-based formulas. Absolutely avoid waterproof mascara — it contains oils that break down the adhesive bond and will ruin your extensions.
