Your membership fee is automatically billed monthly to your card on file. You choose the date that works best for you. The monthly prepayment is applied as a credit toward your preferred facial service each month.
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 2 months per year. To cancel, we ask for 30 days' notice before your next billing date. Contact your local Face to Face Spa location for assistance.
Your monthly prepayment can be applied to any qualifying facial service at your membership tier. Additionally, your membership unlocks discounted pricing on all services, including exfoliation treatments, lash services, and retail products.
There is no long-term contract. Your membership continues month-to-month. We do offer discounted rates for members who commit to a 6 or 12-month plan — ask your location about prepaid annual options.
